Hold off on that for a little bit...

We might have a resolution here, looks like he is in the process of making things right.
He's doing 100+ headers for me (instead of the 50 banners i mentioned above for a little more $) and I'm paying Tulku directly for him. Apparently I should have the first 25 in about an hour.

(not that it excuses what happened AT ALL, and I'm sure most people will want the work done upfront before payment and obviously no one will probably do epass/paypal exchanges...)

Most scammers on GFY and elsewhere never admit what they did nor try to fix it...so lets at least let him make things right before we go banning.
