    ePassporte - Duplicate Transactions

    A technical issue with our processing bank caused some transactions from Jan 29th to Feb 1st. to settle twice, we are working with our bank to solve the issue we expect it to be solved within the next 24 hours.
    We apologize for the inconvenience this have cause out Account Holders.

                                                  off topic: the only problem with these types of errors is they never give more, they usually take more!

                                                  every bank error ive ever had resulted in me with less money, never an error that oh lets say "duplicated a $1000 deposit" i made lol they will count 10 One Hundred Dollar bills 6 times to make sure they done get that wrong. but swipe your card at a gas station and you get doubled charged lol

                                                  on topic: i use epass for business and pleasure and so far so good.

                                                                                      I did an online transfer between accounts with my bank and noticed that the "source" account balance hadn't changed. Normally when the transaction has completed everything is updated immediately. I refreshed a few times, "unfortunately" 15 mins later the balance changed to the correct amount. ;) I had an extra few thousand to my name for that time though. ;)
