    Stupid Ass Customer of the Day... WEBCAMS

    I'll tell you how I handled it later. How do you handle this? I know you all have had this once in a while. Still makes me shake my head and chuckle. "Don't Feed The Bears" comes to mind.

    11 days excuses no show. not reccomend
    asked for refund from her. reccomend ttermination of employee
    jacked me for 100 during work hours

          Honestly, I'll tell the guy that I could ban him for soliciting shows outside of the network but I'll let it slide for now. I'd also ask the girl to take care of the guy and never do it again as it's against the rules. I'd let them both know I would be monitoring their chats from now own and to have a nice day.

                  Sounds fair, although after she paid him I'd probably terminate her as she's likely to do it again.

                      Chances are thats not the first time she did it either. She should be terminated unless shes a major money maker for the network. Then you would have to just watch her close.

                                  She's doing show on the side, it should be against you rules but you can't MAKE HER give him the show or send the $ back, it was done off of your system and he shouldn't be complaining to you about it, he should be complaining to her. Ban them both for doing shows on the side and move on with ur life
