I have a waterpic right by my kitchen sink and my bathroom is right behind me... I usually get a swish, but rarely do i pull a nooner teeth brushing.... before and after sure... everytime im in the shower as well...

I brush my teeth like once a week, twice if I remember

never had a cavity or a tooth ache

all though, the back side of my teeth feels like a solid piece of smoothness from all the plaque

my wife told the dentist and he thinks that my teeth have built up such a wall of plaque that at this point it is like it is protecting my teeth...LOL

I do use that whitening shit though, so I have plaque covered REALLY white teeth, haha
