i have no interest in being a content broker, if i ever license images and video i will buy the rights to the content but i am interested in how the brokers work in this biz?
Photographers generally are not that great when it comes to business, they are easy pickings to get fucked over.

How are photographers protected when they do biz through brokers? If the content is distributed by the broker, $$$ transaction done through the broker I don't see any way that the photographer has any protection from getting his ass reamed.

Once a broker has the content, the customers, he can do exactly what this ACS dude did with MaxCandy's stuff.
