It doesn't matter where he is located, or what registrar he hosts with. I already looked into this site a while back, and much like some of the shit bag tube site owners on here, he is just indexing rapidshare and other file hosting links from other forums and sites. You can DMCA the file hosting and image hosting sites, but Godaddy and his host won't do shit. The only other option is to DMCA Google to have his serps removed, but other than that these sites are now a dime a dozen...

Also important to note that he is a Brazzers, AFF and AEBN affiliate and none of them care. Think about that when considering sponsors.
