and that's why I don't mind leasing right now either.... if we still like it a year from now, we'll buy it.... but I can't force myself to get locked into a place unless I KNOW I wanna stay there for a long damn time..... so leasing kicks ass for that purpose....

If it's in Wailea, it will be immaculate. There are no shitty houses or neighborhoods in Wailea. Same up on the west side too.... anything from Ka'anapali on up to Kapalua is gonna be pretty sweet... there are a few condo complexes in there, in Napili, but overall, it;s pretty sweet.

glass block showers in each of the 3 master suites downstairs, with walk-in closets.... in the bathrooms.... that are bigger than my kitchen and both bathrooms in this place combined......
I'm gonna be shooting pics like mad when we start moving in a couple weeks..... this place is unbelieveable... the fucking deck is a wraparound deck, and the deck alone is more square footage than I live in right now..... lol if I find out any of you fuckers are here in the next week and a half.... I'm gonna be recruiting you for moving detail....
