Yes, mere nudity of a child is not AND SHOULD NOT be regarded as "child porn." (For Christ's sake, there are pictures of nude children [cherubs] in churches.) If the argument goes that the pedophiles enjoy it for the wrong reason and it should therefor be banned, well they also enjoy fully-clothed pics of children, the way you or I might enjoy a fully-clothed pic of Anna Kournikova or Rebecca Romijn-Stamos.

If this is true CP (children engaging in sex or posing lewdly), go for it, but if not, you are not only wasting your time but you risk the old "baby goes out with the bathwater" problem by simply drawing undue scrutiny on the whole industry.

Unfortunately UnseenWorld is right. It's really sick but it would not be considered child pornography. Pornography is the despiction of the sexual act. Just displaying nudity is not pornography. It still should be illegal in the US due to COPA II . Now the question is if promoting such content that is fully legal in e.g. Russia is against COPA II or not. I guess if it is operating in the US and still can do so it is operating in a grey area that is left open by the law. The public aproach should help make Rackshack shut them down but this will just a temporary solution. My fear is that this kind of content will sicken us for a long time until international laws completely ban such content.

By the way nudist magazines publish such stuff for ages promoting all family nudist colonies.

From what I see, this is all pretty much legal.
If you want to take shit like this down, don't go after the single sites. That will have very little effect and will, if anything, reflect badly on the industry as a whole.
Instead, put pressure on the government and such to create more adequate laws dealing with this issue. While it might be a helluva lot more work than targetting individual sites, it's the only way you can really do something against the underage business as a whole.

I find it funny how hysterical and irrational some people become over this issue. If you are right about an issue, there is no need for self-righteous, hysterical knee jerking, and name calling anyone who disagrees with you.

People who engage in such behavior do so, at least in my experience, because they are usually guilty of the very thing they are having a hissy fit against. The degree of self-righteousness expressed being roughly proportional to the degree to which they are guilty of it.

Anyone who disagrees with this subject, and actually thinks that these people should get away with this crap, is just as guilty as the people who made it, promote it, and pay for it.

These people should be jerked from their beds in the middle of the night, drug out into the street, and shot in the face.

Note that I wasn't referring to principled opposition. However, when we experience something that evokes visceral hatred followed by knee jerk self-righteousness, its almost always because we've done it ourselves in the past.

The intensity of the reaction tends to blind us to our own faults in that area.

I had a female friend once who had that reaction to gossipers. She would express her utter contempt for gossipers by dissecting the personality faults, relationships, and probable repressed sexual procilivites of the people she accused of gossiping to me in our private conversations. It goes without saying that all of this occoured behind the accusee's backs. Not once did she suspect the extent of her hypocrisy, and the moment I pointed it out.. god..
