    NATs contact - URGENT

    Hi,

Does anyone know of a way to contact NATs (TooMuchMedia) after hours? I've had hardware failure on my NATs machine and have swapped it out for a new one but need the license regenerated.

Have already sent in a "severe" support ticket but I'd just like the added bonus of knowing that I can get helped now rather than in 6 hours when they open shop.

    Cheers ...

It is one of the "flaws" with the system - despite how many depend on it and pay monthly fee's.

Unless someone surprises me and lets me know they now do have 24/7 emergency support that answers phones and emails now.

never thought i'd need 24/7 support but obviously i've changed my thinking on that! No answer on phone either so it looks like I may be stuck till 10AM Eastern Time ... another 5 hours or so. Not pleasant ....

Few ever really think about it until something gets borked after hours.
What is really annoying is often these after hour problems are something anyone who was told how to generate keys, or perform basic functions could do. So it is not like they would need to hire a super expensive tech.

Rub it in that i didn't think of needing after hours support why don't you

Still no response so I'm resigned to having to wait another 5 hours .....

I feel your pain, really I do.
It could be a lot worse. Your license could die and moments latter your biggest whale affiliate has some stat questions and needs some promo stuff. This person of course never asks for anything 99% of the time. He just works hard and sends you mad joins. Yet somehow he has you on ICQ and you notice that you can not get into the admin.

i don't do affiliates, i use nats for cascading and basically, statistical purposes. it's still annoying not to have it up and running coz no rebills are coming through and no new sales ...

                Ah snap.
Hey can you see the new sales in ccbill and or epoch?

Pretty sure if you see them there all is cool and stuff can get resynched come morning, same with rebills.
