Are you sure the ratios are all based on 1st page hits? Remember many programs dont count 1st page or dont base their ratios on 1st page.Comment

Thank you for the stats. I think I'll make some changes (or at least try some things) based on them. I remember reading some threads about companies reporting stats differently to hide their shitty numbers. Specifically I remember someone saying Lightspeed uses the number of people from the 2nd page of the tour when everyone else uses the 1st page of the tour. I didn't pay any attention at the time because Juggcash made life easy and I liked their porn. I'm looking to expand now. My question is, do all of these companies you have listed use the same measurables? Are they all from the first page of the tour or the last page of the tour? Google Analytics defines a returning surfer unique if they have been gone 30 minutes. I think Extreme Tracker goes by a 24 hour period based on the Central time zone. Do all of these companies interpret these numbers the same? (I went back to read some responses in your thread just now before posting. Stats Remote just takes the numbers from the sponsor right? It would make all things equal, correct? Does a list of the inconsistencies exist? That could be a fun project)
Even if they don't you've certainly provided a very good view of your statistics from many angles. It will still provide me with a good idea of what to test.
I troll this forum looking for someone writing about a topic relevant to me and who isn't writing something fucking stupid. That is an incredibly hard combination to come by here... One of the things you might look at is pay per click. Most of my non SEO traffic is teen traffic and much of the SEO is also teen traffic and many of these programs are revshare...
So programs with a good pay per click and are in the top ten would be a no-brainer.
Meat Cash is almost all rebills. So it is unfairly showing a high pay per click. And those tapered off SHARPLY in the last 2 months due to sites not updating any where near as much as they did pre-hahaha. But then again, I think they sold to hahaha because they weren't going to have money to update or something... Because it seems that problem actually started months before hahaha bought it.
Also, PPS programs with a PPC of .04+ are actually good. It is the rebills from revshare that boost the ones above that.Last edited by V_RocKs; 01-26-2009, 03:48 PM.Comment

Yea I think for many then you are seeing join page ratios as stats remote is just picking up the stats they show.
Probably want to see which sponsors are counting how and mark those, otherwise you can have a really great ratio for a sponsor on there that in reality is worst.Comment

Props to V_Rocks for doing this....the only thing that sucks with these types of things is that sponsors who only count 2nd, 3rd, or join page hits get moved to the top.

To address that statement.
For the most part 95% of my sponsors use MPA/NATS/CCBILL stats. Yes the CCBILL's will be higher because they track everything...
But when you look at those numbers and you look at how much traffic I throw at the sponsors I can say, "Hmm.. Top Bucks and Naughty America are lower because they don't convert my traffic as well as the others do."
Looking at my traffic I can say things like:
Fuck You Cash should have converted better and I should have made more for the traffic. Primarily it is for 18yearsold.com and I often thought about sending the traffic to Pure18.com or a Teen Revenue all access pass page. But then Teen Revenue is one of those sponsors that doesn't count all of the clicks.
Between Rage Cash and Fuck You Cash the difference in money is over double in RC's favor. With less traffic. Both programs use NATS.
TCG and TR both use the 2nd page hits scheme. 12% difference in amount of traffic sent to both programs in TR's favor. 360% more money in TR's favor. 450% more signups though they cost less... But with rebills at 67% they blow away most PPS programs.Comment
