What happened to you isnt far from what is happening to me.

Batts sells me a popular blog.
Domain transferred to me.
Promises me to give me the site, DB etc. I dont have CP access, ssh or anything.
He goes MIA.
I discover the site is down.
I contact TechieMedia who hosts it.
Batts hasnt paid his bill and they wont give me the contents of the domain.
I can, possibly, get the blog if I pay his bill - 300bucks.
