Disgusting delicacies
I found this blog entry with a collection of food concidered a delicacy in some parts of the world. My personal favourite would be the codfish sperm and the tuna eyeball. Seriously, eathing a raw eyeball? Man.
The only thing I can think of that we have in Sweden that people might find disgusting is surstromming. |

you shouldnt eat eyeballs, really.
even nerves from spine and eyes are removed from cow slaughter houses due to their risk of disease... id be careful
