Fed up of CCBILL...

Im thinking of going to segpay/epoch. can anyone give me any insight to them?

Also, is there a charge to process VISA on an adult site? Im located in EU, apparently theres no charge for visa in that region, not sure about adult

well fed up is quite harsh, ccbill have never done me wrong but would like to try out some different merchants, maybe as a backup processor. Im just wondering about they charge any fee's

I heard good things about them also. You know if they implement the visa charge for adult in EU? Verotel charges $1000 for that, terrible

I doubt you will find better than CCBILL, the guys over at Epoch are great but i get much much better results through CCBILL

From the perspective of a wronged affiliate - epoch's support was really terrible, I had to localize the problem myself and they kept saying it would be fixed but they never did... and that's enough for me to not ever consider them as an option for paysite processing.

Ccbill allows you to setup both Epoch and Segpay as cascading billers. Ccbill is the shiznet.

I've never had a problem with ccbill other than them being a little to strict on approving new sites for me (Visa).

I doubt you will find better.

Segpay has been good for me as have 365 and also Zombaio recently. Nothing wrong with having back up or additional processors.

I would suggest talking to ccbill and seeing if you can get some resolution to the problems. They're a top notch company and as Mark said above, always willing to listen.

Programs in the EU are not required to pay the Visa registration fee. And Epoch itself has no fee to open an account. So no, there are no set up fees for EU programs.

If you have any specific questions about billing services, etc... you can contact us by writing to [email protected]. (I'm out of the country at the time of this post) Or, our processing agreement is online and can get you started into the process of setting up your account quickly. got it all sorted with ccbill, will use epoch as backup. I was using verotel and they make all EU people pay the visa fee, which is quite unfair. I didnt know EU residents didnt have to pay it. Oh well, you learn somthing new everyday

Too bad none of these companies can setup an Australia account for porn without having a LLC in America or company in the EU. Last time I did this for a client it cost $6000 just to get LLC company and a nominee to do the paper work of signing up with ccbill, sending ID etc.
