check moneybookers.com
they rock, and their fees are way better than paypal's: send money - 0.75% (up to EUR 1.50) fee. I'm using them and I'm more than satisfied until now...

Honestly, their site doesn't look like a site of a serious company... Just my opinion. I would be really glad if there was a real alternative to PayPal.

I have been using Neteller.com some and they seem good....... ALOT more secure than Paypal, although I still love paypal. I just had a client that needed me to signup with Neteller and I did, they are very easy to reach and have some serious damn security.... BUT they are only for USA, not international yet.

What I want to know is who do you do business with when you use Netteller? Everybody has a paypal account and uses paypal. Who the fuck uses Netteller for payments or processing?
