Way back in another life, I worked at a commercial photo lab. I saw plenty of police evidence photos (yep they needed developing too, lol). Underground farms, houses, garages, barns.. and they were all local. But nothing like that,lol wow!

This happened in Nashville. I've learned bits and pieces about this story over the years since it happened. Had something to do with the meter reader being paid off, then he had a sick day and a fill in was there and noticed something weird and reported it. Something along those lines.
