Our company operates a variety of adult content websites under the trade name Brazzers Entertainment. We are the owner of many copyrights with respect to adult content videos, streams and pictorials ("Brazzers Property") including but not limited to various adult video sites entitled ?Baby Got Boobs?, ?Pornstars like it Big?, ?Mommy Got Boobs?, ?Big Tits at Work?, etc. Our company has gained a valuable reputation and has become an industry leader. As such, our trademarks, copyrights and all related proprietary rights are of considerable value.
It has come to our attention that you have through your site www.XXXXXXXXXXXXXX.com (the 'website') without our permission and authorization uploaded a number of videos on the website/forum through third party file sharing sites. Said videos are absolute Brazzers Property. In fact, these videos have the Brazzers watermark logo in the lower right hand part of the screen. As such, the unauthorized use of the copyrighted work is being posted on the web site illegally. As a result, the parties involved may have willfully infringed our rights under 17 U.S.C. Section 101 et seq. and could be liable for statutory damages as high as $150,000.00 as set forth in Section 504(c)(2) therein. We refer to the following video:

We hereby demand that (i) the site remove all Brazzers related materials, videos and pictures noted herein (ii) disable all links related to Brazzers and (iii) that the site makes an active effort to censor all Brazzers material in the future.
As legal counsel and attorney for Brazzers Entertainment, I hereby confirm that the following infringements are not authorized. Further more, we have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of herein of is not authorized. Further more, the above information is accurate and as legal counsel I am authorized to act on behalf of the owners.
Please note that if our legal demands are not met within 24 hours of the following notice (11:30 AM EST, January 14, 2008) we shall contact all third parties including host providers, billers, etc.
