Looking 4 Strategic Partnership

Ideally I am looking for someone based in the U.S. who can fly in at min. once a month maybe twice, and help do some of the shoots and workload needed for site(s). I have a couple of part time helpers, but they can't do everything.

I tested the waters with these sets to see the return, and there is some promise. I have the girls, and network of girls, where I can shoot with some nice margins on these types of shoots (I do not shoot on a per scene basis).
I am looking for someone who a bit more lesbian, adult, nude background who can bring something to the table in guidance on more of this stuff. I am mainly personally, and professionally, interested in non-nude foot worship. Little else. I can think of plenty of other niche, and fetish spin offs to test the waters on but frankly I am at capacity and need some help.
Frankly, you must be both skills and money to the table.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge, or experience, in some of the following areas
1. Direct adult industry experience. This does not mean you are a board posting whore.
2. Solid affiliate or program experience. I am thinking of an invite only network for sites, cam, etc.
3. Solid traffic generation, blog, site building experience.
4. Willing to help on shoots, and ability to drive or fly to Michigan a couple times a month.
5. Money to invest in new fetish company and sites.
What I bring to the table
-11 years in the online marketplace. Celebrity, Feet, Tickling, etc
-Solid fetish sites and experience
-Clip stores, and experience
-Models. Lots of them. Ready to work. Per shoot, not per scene. Awesome margins on return.
- Content selling experience, and revenue.
-Multiple sources of revenue.
-Fetish Ad Network
-Solid industry, and fetish knowledge, plus trusted sales base.
I am looking for a joint venture with the new content, sites, and revenue streams. We can keep our existing ventures separate for the time being. Depending on how things go, we could consider merging later. But for the time being, I am more comfortable keeping my current revenue streams separate.
Now why would I do this? Allow someone into my kitchen, literally, and share in the wealth? Easy. I am truly at capacity for my skill sets. I could expand, but need more help doing it and hiring helpers to do what I need, who are not invested long term, simply does not work. Much like coders who are one shot wonders.
Plus, I can't say I know, or relate, to all facets of this industry when it comes to nude. I could shoot single girl, and nude solo girl stuff all day long. If,... I understood it, or it interested me. I have girls who will do nude, and lesbian stuff. Again, if I understood it more, and could shoot it accordingly. I have girls that can do webcam, again, if I had infrastructure built up to do it, and could market it accordingly.
I am missing that catalyst to bigger dollars, and I only have so much time in a day. I have plenty to bring to the table, and I am not going to just let anyone walk into the ideal situation. I could just do a partnership on shooting the lesbian foot photo shoots, and make a mint on the margins, and licensing alone. But I am looking to the future, and the next generation of things I want to do.
