Very few of hosts will allow what you require and even less will give you the level of service you have become used to. If you need managed go with isprime.com they are the best no doubt. Not cheep but quality is never cheep.

This isn't exactly the best forum to ask that question. You'll get a lot of biased answers for various reasons. It's better to ask this on a webhosting forum. But I would have a hard time going with most hosted listed. Why? If they are small-time how do you know they'll stick around? Do they even own their datacenter? Some of them have a lot of bad rep. Some might be ok but don't seem to stay on top of things if you search around. Some are dedicated to adult just to get customers which I guess goes back to them being small-time. Some even have reps laughing/bad mouthing other host as they fall. What's the point in that? It just makes you and your company look bad. Plenty of other reasons too but I'll leave it at that.
