Wonderful Speech, Kudos to Mr Obama! Happy times after too much crazy times.
I didn't understand the whole speech because of I am not native and I had to babysit my daughter during it, but I catched the parts he mentioned his energy/environmental thoughts and I am impressed a lot. Finally someone will sign that fucking Kyoto contract. ;)

I used to think Bill Clinton was a gifted public speaker - but Obama's speech today surpassed anything Clinton delivered, IMO.

I'd even go so far to say I think Obama's speech was even better than Kennedy's inaugural speech.

Obama's speech actually gave me hope that he sincerely intends to make a positive difference. Not only does he have the weight of a tailspin economy and reparations to foreign affairs to deal with - but as the first black president I'm sure he feels the responsibility to prove an African-American can do the job properly.

I can't believe that fucking piece of shit conservative judge fucked up the oath.

First he interrupted Obama as he was repeating his name, which is something you never do to the president.

Second, the judge recited the oath incorrectly when he stated, "president to the united states." It's supposed to be "president of the united states" and he used "faithfully" at the end of the sentence, when it was supposed to be used in the beginning. What a fucking retard. Obama realized the judge fucked up, so Obama paused, but when he did, it seemed like he forgot the line he was supposed to repeat.



The oath varies slightly from president to president, but this is a correctly recited version.
