We're kind of at a cross-roads with our site. Our other stuff is going bezerk - for example if you look at my tag line you will see my wife's biz - she is writing almost all day every day.

So we have to decide whether we go further with the paysite - and we would really have to push it to make it pay as well as our other stuff - or sell the content and small membership base and concentrate on the other stuff.

My wife and I run a paysite in our spare time...but we're getting sick of paying so we're thinking of letting some surfers sign up too. Does that count as scaling up?

Yep 12 paysites with 1 super kickass converting site which i won't mention here :)

As for me I've always been a fan of the ?100% exclusive content? school. I own one of them.

However I think sites like atkingdom.com from Kim Nielsen have a good market perspective so I?m going to start something similar with non-exclusive content soon.
