Yes, including ones I even have in my DNS that give a "site not found error" when you type them in. They obviously didnt even look at the sites . All they did was accept my money and application.

Btw, it took me 30 seconds to find that sites url by the ccbill account number.. You might want to blank that if you really care. ;>

I mailed my form and check in about 2 weeks ago, just saw this in my stats today.
