From my experiences, I'd have to say that Cancun is by far the best Spring Break destination.
You can't beat being in a 3rd world country where 18 year old girls can drink all night for a $35 cover charge.
If you go, stay at or near "The Oasis" hotel. That's where the Student City travel company puts all the college students and they have a stage on the beach for all the "contests".Comment
