After you come back from Internext, how do you cleanse yourself of the booze, smoke, and so forth?

Do you have a ritual, or you just get back into your normal workout, and eating habits? Take a good bath, and soak for an hour? Or just fire up another stogie in your closet and breath it all in?

I saw how he does it once, involves 8lbs of strawberry yogurt, 3 brillo scrub pads, and a hose with a lubricated nozzle on the end.

Da Zing.

Btw I bought a box of Zingerz at the store the other day.

All I had time for this year was a nice long sleep and a hot shower. Hit the gym after breakfast the next day to get my heart and lungs pumping to help expectorate all the smoke inhalation. Now back to work filming two scenes a day for the next week or so for clients all over the world. I also am driking lots of tea on set today and eating watermelon since it is one of my favorite fruits and I am convinced that it has medicinal properties.

I'll tell you what. Once I got home, lite my Vegas smoke reeked clothes on fire, drank a gallon of green tea, soaked in the bath for an hour, and slept for 16. I felt like a million bucks the next day.
