    Whats holding you back in the industry?

    For me its a lack of content. If i could get my hands on some good quality content i would be laughing all the way to the bank. I see so many new programs come out with great content
    but either the support sucks,they don't pay or they think there shit don't stink.

    Half of these programs you see going under is mostly do to there own fault. There is nothing more that burns my balls more when i see this happen. Affiliates get fucked,account reps get fucked and so on. How fucking hard is it to pay people on time,provide good promo materials for affiliates and have a ear in place when there is a issue. This is not fucking rocket science. If you can manage to put all those SIMPLE pieces together then you will have a successful and very profitable business .

              For me it's getting paid faster to create more content to make more money to create more content..............Did that make sense

                                          yes it is. It can take 4 hours to get that 35 min. scene with matching hi rez stills. And when the male and the female dont like each other it can even be worse. Every good scene has a back story, they just dont happen.lol

                                                                              Economy: No matter what some people will insist (and a *few* may be telling the truth), revenue DID take a big hit in the second half of 2008; blaming it on the economy is not a guess or a feeling, that's from talking and emailing with many long-time members and customers, a number of whom I've known personally for 5-15 years.
                                                                              Time: I moved from "committed relationship" to "family," and while I wouldn't give up my wife and precious baby daughter for anything, trying to do the family thing the right way has cut down drastically on my working hours and productivity.

                                                                                              We doing ok, but we could be doing better with more traffic from Affiliates.
                                                                                              We get about 150K Uniques per month and have to work too hard to get them on our own

                                                                                              Even thought we convert extraordinarly well is joust hard to get affiliates to sign up in a new program, for the reasons somebody allready named in this thread "Too many Skumbacks cheating on Webmasters"
