He ICQ me the transactions from May, 2008 both show as being cancelled and show as sent to Phillipines.
I believe anyone with the correct info will be able to contact Xoom directly to inquire the reason to cancel the transactions and to validate if what he says is bull or not.
I told Jon to fucking post it here, but for some reason he has not.
