You know you spend too much time online when you can actually retrace the history of memes...
Original version of this was the same thing in reverse, with the poster bragging about the weight he lost.
Second version was the same as the first, but with a final picture missing, and text on it explaining how the guy in the picture had lost weight through drugs, and had finally died.
Third version was the same as the second, but with the text removed, and the poster trolling about how he had lost weight and others were still fat.
The thread following the third version had someone suggest it be changed into a reverse one with a WoW caption, and the picture in the first post in this thread was made.
