ONE MORE FEATURE:
A feature to ban this guy or bot > blogggenator ... this guy spams the shit out of you with irrelevant link requests and many of his toon sites are fucking CP.... Kimpossible and young looking shit... I have toon sites but I try as hard as hell not to put drawings that look like CP because obvious shit can go down (see murphy's law) |
The main complaint is "Shitty/Spammy Trades".
So, We have changed the Shit-List to a Block List. Now you can simply Block annoying spammers. We have also blocked any NEW domains from Thumblogger.com and SensualWriter.com since people complain about them the most. Anyone who wants to add to the list of sites we should ban... speak here. Also, keep in mind that no system has the ability to figure out YOUR PARTICULAR Preference on what YOU think is a good trade or not. We were ALL New at one point.... so don't get fuckin Pissed when some noob pulls up trying to make it and pisses you off with requests. Just Delete and Block Them. |
TB has bad user interface and I'm fucking sick of filling LinkEx forms.
So I started working on a service similar to TB but much better and more user friendly. Something like one click link trade solution. I've started coding the damn thing some 2-3 months ago, and coded about the third of the project, and then dropped since I got bored coding hours and days... and also had to work on some priority projects that started suffering since I was working on that... So if anyone is interested in helping me (or partnering me) on this project he can contact me on celebempire{at}gmail{dot}com or via my ICQ in sig. The site like this will attract lots of webmaster traffic and it would be a good place for advertising sponsor programs. In order to finish this project, I would require some: - php developers, mysql experts, javascript/ajax experts - sponsors that will support project (by providing free hosting/server and/or helping with design and developement of the project in return for premium ad spacing on the site). - all other deals are possible |

The thing that concerns me about Thunderball is the owner is just as unstable as all hell. He just flips out. Why put your business in the hands of someone like that ?
TB is a good idea, and about the right complexity, and has prompted me and other associates to come up with a more workable system which is functional if not needing a few of the bells and whistles. One big departure from thunder-ball's way of doing things is allowing feedback on traders and some sort of reputation system that is sorely lacking in TB to identify bad traders and people who make a habit of pulling links. |

To anyone else that maybe curious about it, TBN will be up when it goes up, just be patient, it shouldn't take more then a day or two at most. ( if Bond tends to it in a timely manner.) Eighter way, it shouldn't really matter since your all always bitchin that tbn is shit, then it shouldn't be a problem waiting a few days to use it again. |
