Do ccbill sites accept the epass virtual Visa numbers?

    Do ccbill sites accept the epass virtual Visa numbers?

    Anybody know, or does it fail the address verification for U.S residents?

      I would be shocked. I have yet to find much of anywhere useful that takes it.

              Same here, no stores take it. Oddly, all my utilities accept it on-line so I pay my electric, gas, phone, cable, etc., with it. I guess they know where to find me so they trust me using any old card

                          Really? I use it quite a lot. Well, I do most of my online shopping from amazon.com. But I have bought from several other online stores without any problems.

                          I did try to use it on nordstrom.com and it didnt work thougn.
                          exgfmovies.com, exgfclips.com, datesx.com, gayboards.com and more!

                                      That would probably be why. When I pay my utility bills online via CC the form doesn't even ask for a name or address... basically just a CC number, CVV2 and expiry date.
