It wouldn't be very wise for me to give details on a public forum so I am not going to, but send me an email from your domain name to paul at my "user name" here (dot com) and I will see if I can offer you some assistance.

So instead of being greedy and taking the money, then losing it on a future chargeback I voided it now, avoiding the chargeback and having to get $99 deducted from a future check.

good move.

2 years and this is your first charge back? No matter what kind of business is being done that doesn't seem right...

Honez 01-12-2009 12:47 PM

What gets me is that these idiots can easily charge back thousands of dollars that they legitimately spent yet, I had one of my credit cards stolen and used at a bar and I am still fighting Mastercard over those charges even though I reported the card stolen.

I would make it my life long achievement to find you and make YOU have sex with 6'6' guy named Rodrigo in Texas jail.

That's why you differentiate on what they are claiming in the chargeback. If they claim stolen card.. then nothing you can do.

If they claim "fraudulant" or "I Didn't make these charges" but it's from their home phone number.. then I do it.

Yes but in webcam and phone sex... Some banks like MCCS won't take anything but a signature... Sometimes with Humboldt (pre being bought.. I haven't disputed a cb with them since they changed hands).... You could provide proof of phone number, address, or email...

But with cam and phone sex.. the instance of it being charged back is so high.. that the banks are complete dicks to us when it comes to winning.

We have big guys who try to extort us sometimes. They'll verify with signature and everything... rack up $30k in one year... Then try strong hold us into a discount of they'll "chargeback".....

For the first time in 2 years we got some chargebacks (10) of 2 different members.
Im wondering what its normal to do in this case, is there somewhere to report this fraudulent Transactions ?

Is there a site were we can post this kind of stuff so other Webmasters can Banned this motherfuckers in advance ? and this would not happen to them.
Im refferring to Ips, CC data, emails etc.

thxs :(

I know a few webcam sites will ban the member when they do more than one chargeback.

Im not sure about that.

But i think in our case its kind of impossible they can comeback with a different IP, different Email and different Card and were Fucked again :(

I've gotten a person blacklisted from any ccbill transactions. I think CCBill was only able to blacklist their email though.

I know that. I have mainstream merchant account and adult. What king of proof if you sell digital goods? Even my mainstream account is considered some what high risk and has "instatant cb" feature.

Well actually we did banned them, Usernames, Ips, Emails, CC, etc

We even blocked one of them even thought he has still 300 credits in his account, because im ver sure this would also be reversed in the near future :(

I think thats not correct, normally is not the amount of CB transactions but the percentage of them.

lets say if u have 150 transactions per month and from that 50 get CB ur account would be for sure inmediately closed.

But if u process 15.000 transactions per month and from that 50 get CB thats not bad at all.

Also the amount of money that u process and the CB amount is more important really than the Nr. of CBs.

LatinCams 01-15-2009 11:30 AM

Hey guys i found this tool or site, that might be helpful in this cases.

By giving the Ip of the Fraudulent Transaction u get the company who provides that Ip.
Maybe with the company it would be possible to get more info on the User, since they normally also have own policies and Ips can not be used in any fraudulent way.
In any case they have to do some kind of investigation.

Im gonna try it and ill keep u posted.
