I know that. I have mainstream merchant account and adult. What king of proof if you sell digital goods? Even my mainstream account is considered some what high risk and has "instatant cb" feature.

So instead of being greedy and taking the money, then losing it on a future chargeback I voided it now, avoiding the chargeback and having to get $99 deducted from a future check.

Ok, key word is Vietnam. Got it.

Well actually we did banned them, Usernames, Ips, Emails, CC, etc

We even blocked one of them even thought he has still 300 credits in his account, because im ver sure this would also be reversed in the near future :(

Hey Guys,

For the first time in 2 years we got some chargebacks (10) of 2 different members.
Im wondering what its normal to do in this case, is there somewhere to report this fraudulent Transactions ?

Is there a site were we can post this kind of stuff so other Webmasters can Banned this motherfuckers in advance ? and this would not happen to them.
Im refferring to Ips, CC data, emails etc.

thxs :(

I think thats not correct, normally is not the amount of CB transactions but the percentage of them.

lets say if u have 150 transactions per month and from that 50 get CB ur account would be for sure inmediately closed.

But if u process 15.000 transactions per month and from that 50 get CB thats not bad at all.

Also the amount of money that u process and the CB amount is more important really than the Nr. of CBs.

Hey guys i found this tool or site, that might be helpful in this cases.

By giving the Ip of the Fraudulent Transaction u get the company who provides that Ip.
Maybe with the company it would be possible to get more info on the User, since they normally also have own policies and Ips can not be used in any fraudulent way.
In any case they have to do some kind of investigation.

Im gonna try it and ill keep u posted.
