Yet ANOTHER webair sucks thread. When will people realize webair is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to hosting. Really just do some basic searching and NOBODY even comes close to the number of bad support threads than webair does, nobody, not even shitty little resellers.:2 cents:

right. Just from all the bad threads I read about them all over the place there is no way I'd touch them with a shitty stick :2 cents:

I'm a small cheapo shared plan now BTW.

If you have a small shared/virtual plan and want good support try out phatservers.:2 cents:

I had Webair for about 12 months. It was one of the biggest mistakes I ever did.

Tickets took forever to answer, have the time I had to outline to the techs exactly what was wrong and tell them how to fix it. I felt like they were reading from a book.

I switched to Mojohost and now I will never look back! :thumbsup

Mike,

I've called tech support several times and I've had a ticket open for a while (#485473). I'm virtual and they've been telling me that it was first DNS and now a routing issue. I was told that since I'm in Japan the routing must be taking too long because it's so far away. What?! Then I was told that my site was working fine by several of your support team even though I sent trace routes that timed out from various locations. I asked people in vancouver, tokyo, miami...etc. to check the site and it's been down.

I'll email you as well but I'm sure you can check the details using the ticket number.

I did a search for Webair and this thread popped up. So this is the one I bumped. If you can fix the issue I'll be sure to let everyone know the good news just as I'm letting everyone know right now how shitty the service has been since I made the move.

Billy

Good luck getting your sites back up Billy. I'd definitely look into moving to another host though. There are some really good hosts that post here but, from my own personal experience, Webair is not one of them.

I have been with webair for 5 years now. I'm very happy with the servers and the service. Anything I have ever needed I just open up live help and get someone in a matter of minutes, at any time during the day. Mike and the staff at webair have bent over backwords to make me happy and I'm very thankful for that. I recommend webair to all my clients and have never heard of any issues at all from my them. They have nothing but good things to say eveytime I ask them how it is going with their new server.

I have several other boxes all over the place as well. So this is not my only server. I give two thumbs up to webair.

it takes a whole 24hours to get back to you, by that time you already fixed the problem
