Question for the hold 'em players...

When it comes down to the last two players and the small blind player goes all in, but doesn't have enough chips to match the big blind amount, is the big blind player still forced to put in the full amount of their blind, or do they only match whatever the small blind has?

Seems that they should only have to match so the winnings would be fair, but not sure the actual rules in this case.

Pretty certain all in is all in, and nobody else has to go higher unless there is a 3rd player involved.

^what he said... you have to put the BB in just for 'show' so to speak... when he wins, he just gets the cut of your big blind of his all in amount. When you win, he's a goner ;)

It's considered all in on their part, however I think since the player doesn't have enough chips it's technically considered a call. In the grand scheme I think the players have the same outcome, just the terminology is different.
