Trying to do that in the last year but by far only one week or two without cigs. It's really hard but i wish you lot of luck

Your sense of smell and taste will be warped for a while. Also when you smell your brand you will have the urge. Just fight it, never give in. Till the day you die you will have them on your mind, it just gets weaker and weaker until you care so much more about your body you wouldn't even think to actually smoke one.

I was up to 3 packs a day. In november I quit cold turkey.

I couldnt breathe or walk to the corner with my daughter without having to take a break.

It's amazing how much better I feel and how much money I am saving now seriously

Smoking is gross. But it still looks cool when you're at a club. Chicks dig it, whether they say they do or not. It's part of the whole "bad boy" thing.

But "bad breath boy". Also most girls smoke still, at least in nyc. I hate smoking girls, I can't date what I can't kiss.

I quit cold as well

Just stopped buying them and long story very short, that was it! It took many many weeks for the instinct to reach and grab a smoke at key times to die off. It still freaking happens rarely.. under high stress and such. Every day gets better and easier though, so good going!

I have been a fulltime smoker for many years, then I started smoking only on special occasions, maybe twice a month or so. Time past and I forgot to smoke for a couple of months. I was at this party and I decided to have a cigarett, but it was so horrible I just couldn´t do it. I have tried a few times more after that, with the same result. So my advice is, forget to smoke for a while:-)

4th week of non-smoking! And I don't miss it a bit. Food tastes so much better now and even when I went out last weekend and got really really drunk I did not get weak. Love it
