My PC tower is on its last leg, and Ive been trying to use my Mac a bit more so when I travel, I dont feel like im trying to write left handed. Btw, its not thats its a Mac, but im used to a 3 monitor setup with keyboard and mouse.

Anyway, today my right wrist is killing me. I figure its from how am sitting or using the laptop. I dont think ive used it this much since Ive had it, mainly just a hour here or hour there, nothing like 6-8 hours a day.

Is there some ergonomic wrist pads that anyone uses for a laptop? I'll hit up Frys when im in Vegas and take a peek what they have.

I think it's something you have to deal with when using laptops. I use my MacBookPro on a stand and use an external keyboard and mouse. I know it defeats the purpose, but it helps the hand from cramping.

ive seen some scary stuff from older ladies who had bad wrist problems and messed up looking hands when I worked at this ad agency years ago. so every time i start to feel something a bit off, i get a little worried because thats how its starts

My wrist is fucked too, there's loads of things on Ebay for improving posture etc, just search for things like "wrist keyboard" or "wrist desk support" etc
