              Standard or what should be standard is that you pay her a set rate and you keep 100% of site.

              50/50 split can lead to a shitload of problems. Aside from the whole is that split before or after costs, does she split the other overhead like servers and scripts? Or is it just she models, you do everything else and yet she gets half?
              Plus remember when (not if) she flakes, she owns half. Which could lead to other issues, like what if she wants it taken down and does not want to sell out her half?

                          It would be 50/50 split of the profit at the end of each month. You guys are right about her flaking though so maybe I should make it 51/49 so if she ever wants to stop updating she can but I will be in control and leave the site up.

                                  It is not as simple as percentage ownerships. You need solid written agreements that state what everything is, who is reponsible for what, what happens whe she quits, what happens when you give up, blah blah.

                                      You need a powerful contract to make sure she's not gonna ruin all the work that was put into it if she has a change of heart (often happens when bitches hook up with new boyfriends).
