I will be there. Just because it is 3 mins from my office/studio. I am not going even to AEE though. went for 8 years and this is the first time I am not interested at all. Last year was a big let down already and the phonecalls we keep getting from AVN pretty much begging to attend told me it is going to be even worse this year.
I am looking forward to this years Xbiz more then anything. They outperformed Internext in Vegas and were not greedy and made their show a HUGE succes.Comment

Already had 2 phonecalls that I was right on the AEE prediction, nothing but a bunch of didlo sales men. No Wicked etc etc... I heard it is dead... I hope they can blow new life into this, but I have a bad feeling. It's the greed that doesn't help either if you ask me.Comment

I went today to the normal show and the B2B event downstairs. Yawnnnnnnnnnnnn. All the vendors are lame this year, and all the vendors downstairs are pawning stuff not even related to the industry.

I am here now at AEE and by the looks of the show floor it is a bomb waiting to go off. The isles are HUGE and the exhibitors are scarce. This event is finished as we know it.
THe thing is also AVN continues to just cater to Vivid, Wicked , Adam and Eve yada yada yad same compamies win awards because of advertising dollars. Forget abouty the thousands of small companies that really make up adult entertainment.
Maybe next year it will be a 3 or 4 exhibitor list. We will see how the fan days go but im not holding my breathe.Comment

yeah, you are right. Robbie called me and told me some of the bigger ones are indeed there, but like Joe sai; AVN does play politics with guys like Wicked , Vivid etc.. it's getting old and I am sure the show will make some money from the people that over flow from CES to check out the half nekkid girls. But to call it a success I highly doubt that.Comment
