    Apple files to patent gloves

    Patent Application 20090000010

    "When users, in cold weather, wear thick or bulky gloves ... the loss of tactile feedback to the user may prevent the user from properly operating the electronic device, and may lead to frustration. Alternatively, if the user has to remove his gloves ... the user's hand may become cold and uncomfortable, which may also lead to user frustration."

    So, they designed the Power Glove


    The series of activities a user must engage in to enjoy the benefits of this boon to mankind.


    The raison d'être of the application, is the ability to poke your fingers out to achieve maximum sensitivity while not exposing your extremities for too long...

                          that's one of the stupidest things I have seen.. This is not anything new or some kick ass invention. They had gloves with a similar concept years ago that you can still buy today.

                          not much different than these apple gloves. Basically a similar concept, but will definitely be over priced. It's not like these gloves can control electronic devices so what's so "special" about them?

                              not much different than these apple gloves. Basically a similar concept, but will definitely be over priced. It's not like these gloves can control electronic devices so what's so "special" about them?
                              But this is Apple - they're bound to be cool and expensive.
                              Plus, they're the only ones that get to submit a diagram on how to put on a condom into a patent application, and still mean business....
