Dean... Your point is valid and has been for a while. This rule was rewritten a while ago. The new rules actually are going live tomorrow. The intent of this rule was to protect peoples personal lives and their families. The new rules are more clear and make it abundantly more apparent as to what we define as a personal attack.
Here is how they will be written:
3) Anything goes, except do not post people's personal information, or attack peoples personal lives or families, stick to the issues and the bullshit. ANY WHOIS information is considered public information, it is not considered personal information. So don't bitch at us if you put your home address as your personal info on WHOIS.
4) Don't post links to illegal sites. Calling someone a Pedo, Refferring to them as a Pedo, Stating they promote Pedo, posting of Pedo links, and Death Threats are now grounds for immediate banning.
