CANADIANS: have you ever used a AIR CANADA travel voucher?

do you have a booking number, just go online and type it in, your info should be there. If not, call them and ask.

BTW Air canada is EVIL. I tried to travel from Ottawa to Newfoundland this past xmas. Got on the plane in ottawa, flew to toronto, delayed in toronto, moved to another plane. Caught connecting flight from toronto to halifax to newfoundland. Just about to land in halifax, but got rerouted to Montreal. Landed in montreal, waited in plane for 2 hours before we got word we were going back to toronto. Left in toronto to fend for ourselfs. Called air canada in toronto to arrange a flight back to ottawa. That day I left Ottawa at about 10, and got back in town around 2am.
Finally found a direct flight 5 days later.

excuse my ignorance but what do you mean by booking number? do you mean on the actual voucher itself?

i called them before and the guy was a complete fucking idiot, nothing like waiting on the phone for 45min and then having a guy give you some bullshit run around, they ARE evil basically the jist i got was "we dont want you using the voucher so i am going to run you in circles and read shit off a manual and not help you"

Whats on the voucher? I guess I misunderstood. When they fucked up my flight before, I used my original booking number. This is likely not the same thing, as I acually had a flight booked.

damn i havent flown AC in years, I remember when they served food on 2 hour flights to florida, and had those AC steel spoons with their logo on it you could swipe

it just has an amount and one of my girlfriends name on it. hmmmmm i may just end up going the airport and schmoozing my way into them letting me use it.

they have TVs on every flight not so its not to shabby actually.
