100 beaners that should be starting shit at Taco Bell or Del Taco

The McRib is back for a limited time... I think they should have it as a menu item year round.

You are a weak individual my friend... Sucks to be you:Oh crap

BTW if I saw 5 HA roughing a guy up I most probably wouldn't do anything as the guy most probably deserved it... HA aren't pussies you idiot...

you are completely missing the point, I used the HA example because I know that there are probably not alot of chollos in your area, so I meant that as an example of a gang situation where you aren't going to do anything, so you are saying if it is HA then you won't do anything because "the guy probably deserves it", but if it is Mara Salvatrucha you would do something? :error

and to better illustrate my vantage point, I was at the back at the ordering sign, the guy that rear ended the chollos was 15 yards in front of me beside the building, the gangbangers were directly in front of him beside the first window, therefore the entire back of their vehicle was obscured by the guy that rear ended them, I wouldn't have been able to get the license plate even if I tried, and they drove straight through in a hurry, not directly in front of me

what is so weak about my reaction, jumping in would have been idiotic, yelling would have been idiotic and premature, phoning the cops was an option we thought about for a moment until it appeared that the guy that did the rear ending and the mcdonalds people either had it in control or didn't care enough, as far as reporting a hit and run, the guys that got hit did the running, so that part doesn't apply, and the mcdonalds staff had a much better vantage point than I did, and also had the advantage of actually talking with the guy right after it....... it just didn't make any sense to us at that point to phone the cops when everything seemed to be in control

even now in the luxury of hindsight, I think that we did everything completely as we should have :2 cents:

uh huh.

Let me respond to your generalisation with one that echos around the rest of the world. "Typical of an American to think a gun is the solution to the problem." :321GFY

I guess I will never understand why a person living in a first world nation would think he is any safer wandering around with an unloaded gun for 'protection'.

CarlosTheGaucho 01-04-2009 01:12 PM

This is yet another case where MANY immediately mention GUNS as an universal cure to the problem.

All Right! So we have a bunch of retarded punks on the street, is the solution to shoot them?

Wouldn't it be better if they rather didn't even think it's NORMAL to behave like a complete idiot and wouldn't mess with anyone cultured, who is still able to solve things in a polite way?

We could start shooting them preventively, but in that case it would be a real (de)genocide as you would NOT only have to shoot the street retards.

You would have to shoot:

- majority of the stars of the MTV programming

- reality shows where mediocre people are showing off their idiocy during their run for a public meltdown as it's their first and last chance to become famous

- flicks with idiotic characters, intense editing that are full of cool moments and carry no message of what's right or what's wrong succesfully wasting the time of its audience

Over and over, I would say it's not only web2.0. we're becoming something close to a society 2.0. where someone jumping into a pile of shit on a video is extremely famous and in demand, while obviously not contributing anything at all to the society.

A censorship in terms of standards / quality would definitely be benefitial in the long term, that's against the rules of the market though.

I would also dare to say there is a general lack of authority or role models of any kind, as parents / schools / are not only often failing (after all, to be a parent is one hell of a job), but they also don't have it this easy with all that medially overpromoted bullshit that being "cool" is more than to make sense.

Carrying an unloaded gun is asking to get get pumped full of lead. If it's not loaded, and you're not prepared and trained to use it, without the slightest bit of hesitation if the situation arises, then don't carry one.

so I guess the only mistake I did make was not pulling out the cellphone camera, videoing it, and rushing home to put it up on youtube :1orglaugh

all cars should come equipped with some kind of cheap digital video cam that records at all times, like the highway patrol has, I kind of wish I had it on video now so I could see it again and get a better perspective of what happened in a blur when I saw it live

think of the views it would have gotten, it would have gotten all kinds of links because people love this kind of stuff, "gangbangers in a mcdonalds drive thru beat on solo white guy in a major american city near you", it would have been huge :1orglaugh

I lightly hit the rear bumper of some guys truck on accident at a Jack N The Box in downtown LA about a year ago. He got out. I apologized. He inspected for damage and then said don't even worry about it. And that's usually the way it goes...

5 on 1 would certainly pass for "fearing for my life". :2 cents:

There are assholes, even in prosperous times, so this is nothing new.

siccmade 01-04-2009 07:54 PM

Some kids better not ever jump out of their cars and touch any of my family I don't give a fuck if they've been rear ended or not.
