That is kind of what shocked me the most about it, because a single person having road rage is one thing, but these guys moved so fast and instantly as a group in the attack, it was like an unrehearsed swarm that was over as fast as it started and then they booked it out of there.

Would have been bad if they caught the wrong guy on the wrong day. Idiots like that get blown away everyday. You reach into a mans car it's just like kicking in his door.

In court who's to say he might get off if he can prove he feared for his life.

if the mcdonalds drive through's are the same as the ones in the uk, they have a video camera that looks at the cars as you drive through.

What the fuck, McChicken is $1 over there? It costs at least $3 here

so they just drove off without paying for their order? Damn it is really turning to shit. The economy is that bad that you never know when it will hit people. In line at micky d's and having to drive off. That is the point right?

yeah, it's been huge for business I hear, they have a whole $1 menu, McChicken, McDouble, etc.

I think we are becoming more intolerant to people, because of the rush life we are into we have a lot of stuff in our minds and we are very sensitive and easy to explode, so the first chance we have to discharge that bad energy somehow we do it
a good proposition for this year is to count to 10 before exploding...:winkwink:

quoting the "this is why I carry a gun"

If a group of ppl came to beat me a few times and I pulled out a gun.. I would expect to get shot first. best thing to do is just stay outta trouble.

I lived in a neighbourhood where ppl got shot outside my yard every other month from bikers and drug related.. "so rumors say". I lived there with my gf and child and could walk around there all day and night and not worry I would be the one. Only the tough guys who though they could move in and take over the neighbourhood would be found dead shortly after and no one would know shit.

Thats funny...

I think you should carry a loaded gun because just in case someone that gives you some beef is carrying a gun also - you would hear BANG BANG from him and CLICK CLICK from you....

.....still worse, if someone calls your bluff and says to you, "come shoot me you fucker" and lamps you in the face - so much for your CLICK CLICK

If you gonna do something, then do it properly.

yeah, no one has ever gotten out of their car and beat the shit out of someone who rear ended them. NEVER. society has really gone downhill. i think you're right on blaming the economy.

Then we got in a conversation about how if a person really hit rock bottom how you could survive on that dollar menu for $3 a day.

I guess im at rock bottom cus i wish i had $3 right now for mcds...maybe i should get off gfy and get a job... im starving:helpme

I was at the order sign and heard a small clunk as the guy in front touched the bumper of the car in front of him by accident. Within seconds the doors of the car in front flew open and 5 guys maybe around 18 to 20 years old piled out swearing and threw stuff at the car behind them and kicked his door and reached in and punched the guy a few times, then got back in their car and drove off, abandoning any order they may have made.

It was kind of shocking to see, but just made me wonder about people's sense of right and wrong and how to deal with your fellow man. Maybe the guy that got beat on a bit thought that it was better than the cops coming and getting him for rear ending them, but just the 5 youths reaction was so fast and violent it was scary.

How about calling 911 and take the license plate of the fleeing car????

The problem in our society is to many people will just fucking watch and do nothing. Now That's what's sad :2 cents:

for sure would do that in the right situation, but this was all in plain view of the Mcdonald's workers and the McDonald's cameras, and by the way the victim proceeded after, I don't think he wanted police involved, perhaps he was unlicensed or had a couple drinks too?

The cops wouldnt "get him" for a minor accident that caused no damage. If they got out and did that shit to me I would be ramming the fuck out of their car once they get back in, if only to prevent them from fleeing the scene of their crime.

cess 01-03-2009 05:48 PM

I don't see how this is anything new. Shit like that and plenty worse has been happening for a long time. In fact kids these days are generally weaker and don't have any balls, the young get less bolder. This story proves my point, it was a group of guys that smacked one guy around and left.

sortie 01-03-2009 05:52 PM

Not being able to use the drive thru without rear-ending another car is retarded.

Its gotta be pretty fucking embarassing to live in such fear that you have to carry a gun around with you to feel safe.

Maybe this was a drunk driver that gave 5 guys
whiplash before he finally drove off and killed someone else with his car.

Sometimes people get exactly what they deserve but sideline viewers just don't have
all the relevent information.

oh yeah, you are all high and mighty, when it comes to self preservation I am not going to jump into a gang of chollos just like that

maybe you can't relate being in Montreal, but how about this scenario just to give you an example that might make more sense to you..... how about if you were standing there and saw 5 H.A. roughing up some guy, not killing him, but just roughing him up a little, are you going to jump in? If you say yes, then you are a bit on the suicidal side of things and might be lucky to survive a lifetime of natural causes. :2 cents:

if the guy was injured and needed help I would have been onto 9-11 immediately

you also don't understand the culture here, I have been in restaurants where people start shooting outside, the private security pulls their guns and checks out the situation and tries to chase the bad guys out of there, and restaurant management doesn't call the police because it does no good and they don't want the extra hassle, 15 minutes later it is business as usual

yes, it was kind of surreal, because the McDonald's managers were talking amongst themselves after and had served the guy after so they were right beside it as it happened and obviously figured it was better to just leave it alone and continue business

it was shocking to me how fast it happened, and then shocking the way it ended too, I kind of expected more to happen but it didn't so being a sideline viewer further away then people that were in a more authoritative position (McD managers) I was just a confused observor
