Does it take a while for Adwords to approve campaigns?
It's been about a week since I started a campaign but it still hasnt started running. I'm pretty sure my minimum bids on keywords are enough.

I'm thinking budgets and customer history might play in a little, I don't know. Started a new campaign just before Thanksgiving and it took about 5 days. No biggie - it is the holidays so may be slower now.
