Need a few short vid clips
I mean short, or one longer one I can edit. It will be for our affiliates to use to promote the dating sites.... R rated (Not xxx), something appropriate for our entire dating network and all of it's niches

You looking for a sponsor to offer something, or just anybody to grab a video and edit it down? Because I don't think either method will work, unless you go with the second and don't care if the original owner catches you and forces you and everyone who uses it to promote you to remove it.
