And yes, I accounted for overhead such as insurance, worker's comp, taxes, expenditures, etc. And even after all those they are still making some pretty decent money.

Normally an employees wage rate is 30-40% hire then his salary.

GMC's wage rate for a line worker is something like 74$/hr and the salary is 23$/hr lol.

industry average in corporate america is that you have to generate 7 times your salary to break even. Hense the saying i want to make 1/7 what i am worth.
