    Denver broncos are gonna SUCK

    Easily one of the greatest coaches in the NFL behind Dungy and Beli I would absolutely love him filling the Lions spot at GM AND coach. This is a guy that can come to a losing team and DEMAND the respect that only a 2 time Super Bowl winner can. He knows how to Find talent in the draft and can plug in ANYBODY to become a 1k+ rusher.

    I'd rather have Cowher but my money is on him going to the Jets and bring Favre back. Cowher is the kind of guy who can reel in Brett and bring them to a super bowl.

    Maybe they can pull Pioli away from the Patriots even though he's rumored to be going to the Browns.

                  Damn that is sad. He has been so long. I remember watching Terrel Davis running through and around people back in the day. The team did collapse but should they have fired him?

                      As a charger fan just laughing... Cutler sucks and they should've replaced him. Guy chokes in the red zone. You could've beat Buffalo but 2 int's in the red zone gave us the west. And a pathetic performance on national TV giving up 50+ points on a deciding game. Thanks Denver.

                      Maybe we'll play Oakland for some real competition in the west...

                          Cutler really is a choker

                          BUT the owner of the broncos has to cut the coach a 3 year $21M check for heading out the door!

                          So getting rid of a below average GM but great coach cost the owner $21M and a 20yr friendship.

                          Sure he sucked identifying Defensive talent but he's an offensive genius. I believe he'd be a HUGE upgrade even at GM for the Lions. If he can be talked into being JUST a coach there will be some teams that WERE happy with their coach that now want to interview him for the coaching job.

                                  Denver cuts a great coach and Buffalo keeps a loser. I am not sure which team screwed up more but I know I am not happy as a Bills fan.

                                      Jauron deserves 1 last chance. Hopefully they can stay healthy next year. They have an extremely promising team that deserves "continuity" don't change a bunch of shit on a VERY young team. It is in the bills best interest to just let the youngsters have another year to develop and THEN fire some people if they don't make the playoffs next year.

                                      At the same time I say try to bring in the Lions old coach Rod Marinelli as DC since he really is a good guy and a GREAT defensive coach. His cupboards were certainly empty this year. Maybe he's not cut out to be a head coach.
