Custom or Co-Branded Content Q&A
I have had a lot of interest, and questions in regards to this content deal, Start Up Special: Stocking Foot Fetish(http://www.gfy.com/showthread.php?t=877892), and the specifics.
Here is how it works.
1. You pay first.
2. You sign license agreement. Agree to terms.
3. I shoot the content at a small margin over costs. So it is semi-exclusive.
4. You CAN use it on your clip stores, VOD, and pay sites.
5. You CAN NOT post more than a minute on any tube site. Including your own.
6. You DO NOT have resell, or re-license rights to the content. If you want that, pay custom or exc. rate.
7. You must put a tag on the end of the clip saying it is licensed by.. This helps us enforce, track down, piracy.
8. All clips must be watermarked.
9. Your clips are delivered on an ext HD. Clips will be DV AVI
10. If we do any post production work on watermark, conversions, etc. Additional cost.
11. While turn around can be faster, we commit to 30 days from payment to delivery.
12. Our primary focus is video. We do shoot some stills, but they are typically for TGP, promo, graphics use.
13. Obviously buying in bulk reduces costs, and price gets better the more you order.
14. We DO NOT shoot males, foot jobs, toe fucking, etc.
15. Co-branded means, we shoot it how we shoot it. No url's, site names, waving to Chuck, etc.
