I'm not afraid of anything or have anything to hide, you can dig up all the dirt you want on me, none of it will make me run away with my tail between my legs.
Yes, I have done some shit in the past, a very worthy member here, Sherm and I had a dealing years ago, 2004 I believe, that I was to code him a CMS for his site, I was young, stupid and new to PHP and thought I could code anything, I was wrong, I failed to deliver, had already taken the money out of paypal, and really couldn't refund, he was mad, and didn't want a refund or my offer of trying to fix the script. You see my problem was, I took the job on and gave it to a friend to do for 1/3rd of what Sherm was paying me, he said he didn't care it wasn't about the money. If you ask me now, or he does, I'd pay him back for it to this day if he really wanted the $100 back.
Some members at an old board were furious at some things I said to them and wanted me banned, I got banned, I came back after serving my ban, and a few of them were still mad, one even started saying I scammed a bunch of people for alot of money and all this other shit, but nobody failed to come forth regarding it, and they failed to produce any names of people I supposidly scammed.
Fast forward a bit, there are 2 threads on GFY calling me out for scamming, 1 is a user named squizzel, yes I refused to refund him or give him his script, but that was after he flipped a lid because I was in the process of moving and was having internet problems due to it, and threatened to mailbomb my family and shit unless I paid him back, I refused still, and decided after thinking about it with a level head and gave him what he paid for, a half done script, as he only paid half upfront, he then proceeded to steal designs from my own sites saying it was for the rest of it, blah blah blah.
Then we fast forward even more to currently Cutty wanted me to add videos to his tube site for $1/video because I was offering the service, even though I normally did it for $5/video he said he couldn't afford the $5/video price and since we've been talking alot and I thought I could of trusted him, I said I'd do it for $1/video, he said cool and he was gonna send the first $50 of the $100 for 100 videos to add, well after waiting almost 2 weeks, I decided to take on another job and periodically sent him messages asking if he's gonna send the money, when he finally did, I said I would start on it the next day, as I was gonna spend that day finishing the job I picked up while waiting for him to pay.
He didn't like it, but said OK, and then I woke up to him bitching saying someone else already did it and all this other stuff, and why I was taking so long, I just woke up, so I replied telling him to stop being so impatient, I was gonna get to it that day and it would of been done in 2 hours max. He flipped out because I called him impatient said he wanted a refund, and started bitching more to the point where he put in a paypal dispute, I read it and he was bitching about bogus reasons, and I figured if he wants to be a fucking asshole about it, I'll play, and I replied to the dispute saying it was an adult transaction, which it was, albeit kind of an assholish thing to do.. and I also escalated it.
He then noticed my reply, probably got scared, and canceled the dispute, I messaged him and told him if he'd stop being such a whiny bitch about it, he'd get his money back in 3 to 5 biz days, as that's what Paypal requires you to wait while it loads from bank, and because I don't keep anything in paypal due to how shady they are, I took his money out the night he sent it, so it's not like I could have just returned it that second. He said OK and then 4 days later, 1 day before it would have completely loaded, he made the thread calling me a scammer. So then I contacted someone who luckily was kind enough to send me a paypal transfer after I paid him in epass, so I could get the impatient whiny bitch off my ass.
Now fast forward to now, him and his IRC buddies are mad that I keep ignoring them and other shit, so they keep making these threads about me, and mocking me and everything. But you know what? Like I said, I don't have anything to hide and I'm not afraid of what "dirt" they have, or don't have on me.
I've done plenty of biz with people since all this shit, and have a lot of people who would most likely vouch for our biz together.
