But breastfeeding is a beautiful thing... and I think promoting breastfeeding is wonderful because it will cut down on the instances of childhood allergies and other problems that you see children with because breastfeeding is much more natural and better for the child...

Let me try and break down some of the pieces for you. Keep in mind, the two lines address exactly the same thing. They're not talking about their primary target demographic (which in the case of Facebook consists of young adults, not teens), they're talking about eligibility for using the site.

Others aren't allowed on the site.

The user has to be at least 13.

If the user is under 18, s/he has to be in high school or college.

Anyone who doesn't meet both of the aforementioned conditionals.

How can you not get this? I honestly hope you're just trolling, because if you're not, the educational system of whichever country you grew up in is fucked beyond repair.
