AWE does have a cobrand. With the right amount of traffic Mtree can make you one aswell if I am right. NeonDollars does have a cobrand. And Webcams probably will have one very soon.

Once you are logged in, simply go to
Livecams --> Promotionnal Tools --> Webcams Galleries.
Once in there, you'll have 2 options :
1 - Total white label
2 - Custom skins

Choose option 1 if you want to completely set up your page with the following parameters :
