Start walking ( even do it after dark if you are shy ) 5-6km/hour = semifast
Do it for 30-45 mins a day and you will see a change

10 pounds can be lost real quick just in water weight. Take some diuretics and eat less and it'll be gone quick. I read somewhere that a boxer loses quite a few pounds during a boxing match in water weight.

I know you're just joking, but in reality we all need to get up and get mobile. I find that I end up at my desk for 10 + hours everyday.

That's a very sedentary lifestyle.

But I do go to the gym and lift weights 5 days a week. So at least that's something.

We all need to get up and go outside a bit too. I have a basketball court here at my new house in Vegas and as soon as the winter is over I plan on shooting hoops every day for cardio to add to my weight training.

You love going under? wtf? Aren't you afraid of the anaesthesia needle they put in your arm? It hurts a lot! And there's always a risk with any surgery that you could possibly die! There have been cases where people had a bad reaction to anaesthesia and died from having wisdom teeth removed! It's rare but still possible to die from any type of minor surgery like teeth extraction let alone lapband (whatever that is)... How can you not be scared?

If you need to lose 10 pounds no doctor will do it, they will not even talk to you unless you are 50 - 80 over the limit. So my advice is go and eat more, put on the weight and then go to the doctor
